This is a circuit training course we offer a wide variety of exercises from Battle ropes to resistant bands to bosu ball exercises. This is a class designed for a quick efficient workout to sweat off those extra calories that you’ve been taking in on vacation. Whether your in excellent physical shape or just looking to try something new or simply just want to do something fun.
Battle the sand is a great circuit course to sweat in the sand!
If you like to zumba, kick box, or dance this is the class for you!
The sand dance offers a lot of different types of movements that I promise you, you already know! For example there will be a mix of the macarena, cha cha slide, the cupid shuffle, etc.
As far as learning new moves it will extremely easy, fun, and even creative!
